Position: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team.

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment .

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule final interviews.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
