Job Title: HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring (Blue Collar & Engineering Hiring)

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry Preference: Integrated Facility Management (IFM) / Manufacturing / Industrial Hiring

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in bulk hiring and engineering recruitment across PAN India. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of technicians, engineers, PLC engineers, robotic engineers, and maintenance workforce for large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for the below roles:

• Shift Engineers

• PLC Engineers

• Robotic Engineers

• Sr. Technicians

• Technicians

• Manage recruitment for high-volume manpower requirements including:

• 20 Shift Engineers

• 15 PLC Engineers

• 2 Robotic Engineers

• 45 Sr. Technicians

• 18 Technicians

• Source candidates through:

• Job portals

• Employee referrals

• Social media

• Field sourcing

• Internal database

• Industry networking

• Screen and shortlist candidates with experience in:

• Breakdown Maintenance

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Conveyors & EMS Conveyors

• Hydraulic Press

• Electric Hoist

• Pneumatic Systems

• EOT Cranes

• Gear Box

• VFD

• PLC (Allen Bradley / Siemens / Mitsubishi / Panasonic)

• Robotics (Kuka, Yaskawa, Panasonic)

• Weld Shop Operations

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining activities.

• Handle onboarding documentation, deployment coordination, and candidate tracking.

• Work closely with operations and site teams to ensure timely closures and manpower deployment.

Eligibility:

• 3–5 years of experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment

• Experience in industrial / manufacturing / IFM hiring preferred

• Strong sourcing network for technicians and engineering workforce

• Ability to close positions independently without dependency on consultancies

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline. MBA/HR preferred.
