• Handle PAN India end-to-end recruitment for corporate and Non-IT requirements.
• Understand job descriptions, hiring requirements, candidate profiles, and client expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, location, CTC, and role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain regular updates on candidate pipelines, interview status, selections, and joining status.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned mandates and recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
• Handle offer coordination, joining follow-ups, and post-selection communication.
