HR Recruiter

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual/face-to-face)

2. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Coordinate interview panels and follow up on feedback

• Maintain proper interview records and reports

3. Candidate Assessment

• Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Verify documents, experience letters, and salary details

• Conduct background verification coordination (if required)

4. Offer & Onboarding

• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters

• Negotiate salary and employment terms within company policy

• Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding process

• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates

5. Recruitment Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports

• Track recruitment KPIs like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire

6. Employer Branding

• Promote company openings and culture on job portals and social platforms

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Represent the company at job fairs and walk-in drives

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
