Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT Recruiter (Individual Contributor) with strong sourcing skills and experience hiring for All IT roles preferably SAP All modules. This role requires full ownership of requisitions, close collaboration with stakeholders, and a proactive, data-driven sourcing approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple technical roles

• Execute hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri-Boolean searches, job portals, referrals, and other channels

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, IT roles preferably SAP All modules

• Screen candidates for technical fit, domain exposure, and cultural alignment

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

• Provide regular updates, market insights, and feedback to stakeholders

• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience

Types of Roles

• IT roles preferably SAP All modules, C2H, C2C. & Permanent.

• Software Engineers (Java, .NET, Full Stack)

• Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineers

• QA / Automation Engineers

• Healthcare IT & HealthTech roles

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with preferably SAP All modules domain exposure

• Strong hands-on sourcing expertise

• Ability to understand technical roles and technology stacks

• Experience managing stakeholder expectations

• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and reporting
