Job Responsibilities

- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage recruitment process from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates

- Sourcing candidates: Source potential candidates from online channels, social media, and professional platforms

- Interviewing candidates: Conduct phone screenings, group interviews, and in-person interviews

- Preparing job ads: Update job descriptions and advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, and job boards

- Collaborating with hiring managers: Provide shortlists of qualified candidates and participate in identifying future hiring needs

Requirements and Skills

- Proven work experience: Experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

- Familiarity with ATS: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

- Sourcing techniques: Experience with sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs

- Communication skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills

- Sound judgement: Ability to make sound judgements and be self-motivated
