We are looking for a hands-on HR & Operations Manager (Non-IT) who can build, manage and grow teams while taking ownership of daily studio operations across our 3 Bengaluru branches.

🚀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: HR & Operations Manager (Non-IT)

📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bangalore (100% On-site)

💼 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time | Up to 3 Years of Experience

💰 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Build the Team: Identify manpower needs, hire and onboard reception, sales, operations and other team members.

• Manage the Team: Guide, train and monitor employees, handle attendance, performance, discipline and day-to-day issues.

• Run Daily Operations: Ensure reception, student support, bookings, payments, classes and branch activities run smoothly.

• Coordinate Mentors: Manage mentor availability, schedules, replacements and daily class requirements.

• Build Processes: Create simple systems and workflows to improve team productivity and branch operations.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

✅ Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

✅ Organized with a hands-on approach to managing people and operations

✅ Adaptable and confident in handling daily requirements in a fast-paced setting

✅ Fluent in English (Hindi/Kannada is a strong advantage)

✅ A true ownership mindset — ready to take the initiative
