HR/Admin HR Executive

Role Description : The HR (Talent Acquisition Associate) will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support rapid growth at NoBroker.com. This full-time role, based on-site in Bengaluru, includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing communication with hiring managers and applicants.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.

• Candidates with Real Estate experience is an advantage.

• 1 year to 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess candidates and support informed selection decisions.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates to candidates.

• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment within fast-paced or high-growth organizations.

• Ability to prioritize multiple roles, work with data-driven hiring metrics, and meet aggressive hiring timelines.

• Comfort with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms for sourcing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
