We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support daily HR processes and ensure smooth, efficient operations across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, service-minded, and knowledgeable in HR systems and policy administration.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Assist with payroll preparation and data accuracy checks

Manage benefits administration and employee inquiries
