Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team at Urban HR Consultancy. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and prior experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Conduct initial screening and interviews

• Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview scheduling

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (preferred in consultancy)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
