Job Role:
Involves end-to-end payroll processing, employee lifecycle administration (onboarding to exit), and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT). Key responsibilities include accurate, timely salary processing & disbursement and maintaining employee records, requiring strong MS Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for employees and contractual staff, including salary calculation, deductions, and reimbursements.
· Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with statutory laws, including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), LWF, and TDS.
· HR Operations & Administration: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, leave management, and exit formalities.
· Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, salary sheets, and HR databases.
· Employee Queries: Act as the first point of contact for payroll, policy, and HR-related queries, resolving them efficiently.
· Reporting: Prepare monthly payroll reports, MIS reports, and other required HR analytics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 1-5 years in Payroll/HR Operations (experience in an HR agency/staffing firm is preferred).
· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll systems, and statutory compliance.
· Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
· Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
