Maintain employee master data (personal files, digital & physical records)
Update attendance, leave records & employee databases
Ensure compliance of statutory documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank, PF, ESIC, etc.)
Collect and verify attendance data
Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing
Handle payroll queries and discrepancies
Track overtime, incentives, and deductions
Support compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and Labour Laws
Coordinate with consultants for returns and filings
Maintain compliance registers and statutory records
Address employee grievances and escalate when required
Support disciplinary actions and issue warning letters
Assist in performance appraisal process
Promote positive work culture
Handle resignation process & exit interviews
Ensure full & final settlement coordination
Issue relieving and experience letters
Implement HR policies, SOPs & code of conduct
Support audits (internal/external)
Assist in HR MIS reporting (headcount, attrition, attendance, leave, etc.)
Knowledge of Indian labor laws
Strong communication & coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll systems
