The Senior HR Executive (Generalist) will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth implementation of policies, employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, and people management activities. This role demands a balance of strategic and operational HR responsibilities to support business objectives.
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. Performance Management:
Support in implementing performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA based).
Assist managers in performance reviews and employee development plans.
Monitor employee productivity and recommend training needs.
4. HR Operations & Compliance:
Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS updates.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
5. Payroll & Benefits:
Assist in payroll processing and maintaining attendance/leave records.
Coordinate employee benefits like insurance, bonuses, and incentives.
6. Learning & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Maintain skill development records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4–7 years of proven HR Generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/HRIS).
