Job Description

We’re looking for an Executive – Human Resources to join TTE Technology India Private Limited (TCL) — and yes, we need someone who can hire smart, vibe right, and keep things running smooth.

📍 Location: Chandivali, Andheri (East), Mumbai (locals only, please)

💼 Experience: +6 Months - 1 Year experience

⚡ Joining: Immediate (like… really immediate)

⏰ Work setup: 9 hours/day (9/10 AM – 6/7 PM), 5 days a week

🗣️ English, Tamil

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

Owning Talent Acquisition (40%) – finding people who fit, not just fill roles

Handling onboarding, docs & BGV (10%)

Keeping the workplace alive with engagement initiatives (15%)

Updating HRIS systems (10%)

Working on reports & MIS (15%)

And everything else HR throws your way (10%)
