HR & Administration Executive
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Administration Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, payment coordination, documentation, and basic HR responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily payment records and office expense tracking
Maintain records of pending payments and outstanding collections
Manage cash flow, godown cash transactions, and expense records
Maintain office documentation, vouchers, invoices, and reports
Generate E-invoices and E-way bills as required
Record toll payments and operational expenses
Coordinate with clients and handle office visitors professionally
Supervise overall administration-related activities
Maintain office records and reports systematically
Support HR activities including attendance management, employee records, leave tracking, and staff coordination
Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
Handle administrative and HR-related communication when required
Ensure proper discipline, coordination, and record keeping
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of office administration and cash handling
Experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel
Knowledge of GST, E-invoicing, and E-way bill generation
Good communication and client-handling skills
Leadership and coordination abilities
Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Candidate
Graduate in Commerce or related field
2+ years of experience in Administration and Office Coordination
Experience in handling basic HR responsibilities will be an added advantage
