The department ensures these day-to-day services run accurately, legally, and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle: Overseeing offer letters, onboarding formalities, orientation, and smooth offboarding/exit interviews.
Payroll & Benefits: Processing salaries, managing employee taxes, and administering benefits (leave, insurance, and perquisites).
Compliance & Legal: Ensuring adherence to local labor laws, managing industrial safety, and conducting internal audits.
HR Tech & MIS: Managing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), data integrity, and employee records.
