Preparing appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files.
Managing attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Coordinating payroll inputs and ensuring timely salary processing.
Handling employee grievances and resolving workplace issues.
Supporting employee engagement and welfare activities.
Conducting induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
Assisting in performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Managing employee exit formalities, full and final settlements, and relieving documentation.
Preparing HR reports and maintaining HR MIS records.
Supporting management in workforce planning and manpower requirements.
Performing additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by management from time to time
