· Time and Attendance Tracking:

Monitor and maintain accurate employee time and attendance records, which may include using timekeeping systems. Contract Labour Management. Overtime & Advances Calculations.

· Data Accuracy:

Review timesheets for accuracy, resolve errors like missed punches, and ensure all entries are complete before processing.

· Payroll Processing:

Calculate hours, overtime, vacation, and sick leave to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and payment.
PF & ESIC Challan Preparation and Return Filling.

· Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labour laws, wage regulations, and internal policies related to timekeeping and pay.

· Employee Support:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and attendance inquiries.

· Record Maintenance:

Keep up-to-date and confidential records of all payroll and attendance transactions.
