Role Overview
The Admin Operations Executive will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams, trainers, vendors, and clients. The role requires strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Operations
Manage day-to-day office administration and operational support
Handle documentation, data management, and record keeping
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and service providers
Support basic finance coordination (invoices, PO tracking, vendor bills)
Training & Program Coordination
Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, and events
Liaise with trainers, coaches, speakers, and internal teams
Manage training calendars, attendance sheets, and program documentation
Support pre- and post-training activities (materials, feedback forms, reports)
Client & Internal Coordination
Act as a point of contact for internal coordination and client communication
Support scheduling of meetings, calls, and program timelines
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
Data, MIS & Reporting
Maintain MIS, trackers, and databases (training programs, clients, vendors)
Prepare basic reports and status updates for management
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
