Position: HR Officer
Location: Khandala

Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing through Keka HRMS

• Bonus, gratuity & compliance handling

• Time office management (attendance, shifts, overtime)

• Administration & canteen management

• Contract labour management & statutory compliance

• Preparation of HR MIS reports

Requirements:

• Post Graduate in HR field

• 2–5 years of HR operations experience

• Knowledge of payroll, labour laws, and HRMS (preferably Keka)

• Good communication & MS Office skills
