Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, administrative, and shop-floor roles.
Conduct onboarding, induction, and maintain employee records.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
Organize employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Factory Act, Labour Laws).
Maintain HR records, manage HRMIS, and support audits.
Assist in performance appraisals and track key performance indicators.
Coordinate training and skill development programs.
Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
Manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering setup.
Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in an SME environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing HR for both office staff and factory workforce.
Exposure to ISO standards, safety, and welfare practices.
Familiarity with ERP or HRMS systems.
