Job Summary:
As an Admin Executive at Chaudhary Lifestyle, you will be responsible for managing store records, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining inventory reports, and ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of the store. You will also oversee the housekeeping staff, security personnel, and overall store management to ensure a well-organized and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks at the store.
Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
Track staff attendance and maintain HR-related documentation.
Assist in reporting and follow-ups with suppliers and logistics partners.
Ensure smooth flow of operations by coordinating between departments.
Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the store.
Oversee the security personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and the security of the premises.
Assist in overall store management, including coordinating operational needs and ensuring a well-maintained retail environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of administrative experience (retail industry preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Preferred:
Experience in a clothing or retail store environment.
Knowledge of basic accounting or inventory software.
Familiarity with customer service processes.
