We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our NBFC team and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and coordination with multiple departments. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of NBFC business functions such as collections, credit, operations, and sales, along with the ability to hire and manage manpower as per NBFC business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for NBFC roles (Collections, Credit, Sales, Telecalling, Branch Operations, Field Executives, etc.)
Create and update job descriptions based on organizational needs.
Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct screening, telephonic interviews, aptitude tests, and arrange managerial interviews.
Perform background verification, employment checks, and documentation validation.
Maintain hiring tracker and coordinate with departments for manpower planning.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and training of new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRMS updates.
Draft and issue appointment letters, warning letters, and separation documents.
Handle employee grievances, resolve disputes, and maintain discipline.
Support payroll input activities.
Ensure adherence to NBFC compliance guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage statutory compliance support (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Labour Laws).
Ensure proper documentation for audits and internal compliance checks.
Support department heads in KPI/target assignment, especially for collection & sales teams.
Assist in monitoring performance, preparing reports, and coordinating PIP (Performance Improvement Plans).
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training initiatives, and motivation programs.
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Experience Range: 1 - 2 Years (Preferably in NBFC/Finance/Banking sector).
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, resume databases, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced NBFC environment and handle field/tele-calling manpower hiring.
Must be open to working Working Days as per the NBFC operational schedule.
Strong judgment, confidentiality, and decision-making ability.
