HR Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct HR screening calls and explain the job role, company, salary, and benefits.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and support onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Process and maintain both Indian and US payroll accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and candidates.
Support employee engagement, attendance, leave management, and other day-to-day HR activities.
