About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant HR & Operations to support our day-to-day HR and administrative activities at our Super Speciality Centre. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Human Resources, employee engagement, and organizational operations.
Key Skills & Knowledge
• Attendance Management (Biometric System & Monthly Attendance Reports)
• Leave Management (Policies, Tracking & Records)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Understanding of HR processes and labour law basics will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
• Manage daily attendance through the biometric system and prepare monthly attendance reports.
• Track employee leave records and ensure compliance with leave policies.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with statutory compliance (ESI, PF, PT, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and employee-related documentation.
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Perform other HR and operational responsibilities assigned by the management.
Eligibility
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong HR knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1 year of HR or administrative experience are preferred.
