We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team at Taxcurv Fintech Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit telecallers and sales executives for the in-house sales team
Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals and referrals
Manage daily attendance, team performance, and sales targets
Coordinate with team leaders and HR for training and onboarding
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Handle basic HR coordination for the sales team
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field (B.Com preferred)
MBA in HR/Marketing is a plus
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in:
Tele-sales or BPO hiring all type hiring
Sales team coordination or management
Fintech or BFSI sector (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills:
