We are seeking an experienced Operation cum HR Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of center operations and manage HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all operational and administrative tasks for the center.

• Manage HR-related functions including recruitment, attendance, and employee coordination.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and communication between departments.

• Coordinate with management to support center objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or HR.

• Married local female candidates will be given preference.
