Position: HR Generalist Location: Borivali, Mumbai Salary Range: 35,000 – 45,000 per month Experience Required: 3–4 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) • Handle employee lifecycle activities (joining to exit formalities) • Maintain employee records and HR documentation • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies • Address employee queries and maintain employee relations • Organize employee engagement activities • Support performance management and appraisal processes • Coordinate training and development programs Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask efficiently • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field Preferred Candidate Profile: • 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist • Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations • Immediate joiners or short notice period preferre
