HR Manager

Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires a proactive leader who can align HR practices with business goals and build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

• Proven experience in real estate hiring, including recruitment of sales executives, telecallers, site coordinators, and marketing professionals.

• Ability to coordinate with sales, marketing, and site teams for manpower planning

• Familiarity with real estate job portals and consultant management

• Promote a healthy, professional, and productive work environment

  Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Leadership and team management abilities

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

  • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and documentation

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    • 1-3 years of experience in HR (minimum 1 year in Real Estate required)

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
