Job Title: IT Recruiter
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: As per requirement

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment (Sourcing to Joining)
Sourcing candidates via Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & referrals
Screening resumes & conducting HR interviews
Coordinating technical & client interviews
Offer negotiation, follow-ups & joining formalities
Maintaining recruitment tracker & MIS
Closing positions within defined TAT

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in IT hiring
Knowledge of IT roles (Developers, QA, BA, etc.)
Good communication & coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements

Qualification:

Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
