Location: Patna, Bihar
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 4–5 years of HR Generalist experience to manage end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of compliance, and the ability to handle a large workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee-related activities.

• Oversee attendance management and ensure accuracy in records.

• Handle compliance requirements as per statutory norms.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.

• Lead and manage a team of HR executives and staff.

• Handle hiring manpower requirements.

• Manpower planning as per the requirements.

• Handle and manage a workforce of 250 employees.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–5 years in an HR Generalist profile.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command over compliance & statutory regulations.

  • Proficiency in MIS reporting.

  • Strong team management abilities.

• Ability to handle large manpower efficiently.
