2. Excellent communication skills : in all the 3 languages [English/Gujarati/Hindi]
3. Candidate should be proficient in Ms Office, PPT and Emailing.
4. Responsible, initiator, matured, dedicated & believing in 200% perfection.
5. Must be preferably settled down in Ahmadabad.
6. Ready to work for long-term
Job profile with roles & responsibilities:
1. End – to – End Hr Department handling.
2. Proven experience in all hr functions
2. Responsibility of Recruitment [telephonic interview, face-to-face screening of candidates, short listing as per requirement & suitable candidate for the hospital.]
3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
4. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
5. Joining to Exit formalities
6. Salary management/attendance management/leave calculations/appraisal
7. Having experience in employee engagement activities
8. Performance management and improvement systems
9. Training of new employee
10. Conduct disciplinary actions by following organizational norms & policies.
11. Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
12. Compensation and benefits administration
13. Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
14. Office management
