Prepare and maintain updated placement records, student resumes, and recruiter databases.
Coordinate and deliver student training sessions in soft skills, interview preparation, resume building, and corporate readiness.
Assist in the recruitment cycle: posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and ensure HR compliance.
Draft HR communications such as offer letters, appointment letters, warning notices, and policy circulars.
