Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT positions (Sourcing to Onboarding).

• Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.

• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

• Negotiate offers and handle post-offer engagement to reduce dropouts.

• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process for selected candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of various IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.

• Hands-on experience with job portals, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
