• Handle HR documentation and follow-ups.

• Assist with legal compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, insurance).

• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.

• Draft job descriptions for new roles.

• Manage salary processing and admin tasks.

• Maintain HR databases and ensure legal compliance.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic labor laws.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of HR processes & labor laws.
