Role: Human Resources Manager
Location: Dadar West, Mumbai (near the station)
Experience: 3–5 years
Compensation: ₹35k to ₹55k depending upon candidate performance and experience
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee services, and administrative coordination at our Mumbai office.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, training, and employee communications.
Assist with employee benefits, HR queries, and policy compliance.
Schedule interviews, coordinate meetings, and support recruitment.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in HR operations and employee management.
Knowledge of benefits administration and HR documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools.
A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
