Job Title: HR HeadLocation: Gurugram, Sector 74Industry: Real EstateExperience Required: 4–8 years (with minimum 2 years in a leadership role)Reporting To: Director / CEOJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function across all verticals. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and exit formalities. The role demands excellent people management skills, a deep understanding of HR operations, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionLead and execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle.Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Coordinate with hiring managers to define job roles, screening criteria, and interview processes.Conduct final HR interviews and negotiate offers.2. Onboarding & InductionDesign and manage structured onboarding programs for new hires.Ensure smooth joining formalities, documentation, and orientation.Assign mentors and ensure a positive induction experience.3. People Management & Employee RelationsBuild a positive work culture aligned with company values.Address employee grievances and implement conflict resolution procedures.Implement performance management systems and conduct regular appraisals.Manage promotions, transfers, and career development plans.4. Policy Formulation & ComplianceDevelop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational goals.Ensure legal compliance in employment practices.Maintain records for audits and statutory reporting.5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and arrange internal or external training programs.Create learning roadmaps for different departments and levels.6. Payroll & Benefits AdministrationOversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.Coordinate with Finance for compensation planning and salary structure design.7. Performance ManagementOversee KPIs and appraisal systems.Implement performance improvement plans when required.8. Exit & OffboardingManage smooth exit processes including exit interviews, final settlements, and documentation.Analyze exit data for retention strategy improvements.9. Administrative OversightSupervise day-to-day administrative tasks including facility management, office supplies, and compliance with safety norms.Liaise with vendors and manage general office functioning.Key Skills Required:Strong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesSuperior communication and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in HRMS tools and MS OfficeQualifications:MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent4–8 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial exposure
