Responsibilities
Should have hands-on experience in payroll management, especially working with greytHR or other HRMS tools and statutory compliance, including labour laws and regulations.
We are looking for someone with strong skills in post-selection candidate follow-up, post-offer follow-up, end-to-end employee onboarding, employee off-boarding, attendance management, handling employee grievances, coordinating the appraisal process, vendor management, HR administration, maintaining intern records, and recruitment, etc.,
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws in India.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Kannada (speaking and understanding).
