🌟 About the Role

Avyaan Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven HR Manager who can independently manage HR operations, compliance, and the complete employee lifecycle.

This role is ideal for professionals who have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in HR functions, and a solid understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements.

Only candidates currently residing in Bhopal will be considered.

📝 Key Responsibilities

🔒 Compliance & Policies

Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.

Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, professional tax, and other regulatory filings.

Maintain adherence to internal HR policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Prepare compliance-related reports and coordinate with government departments, auditors, and external agencies.

👥 HR Operations

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including:

Payroll processing

Attendance management

HRMS operations

Employee documentation and record maintenance

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

🎯 Talent Management

Manage recruitment for various roles as per business requirements.

Handle complete onboarding and induction processes.

Oversee performance management system (PMS), appraisals, and employee development initiatives.

Lead smooth and structured exit management including documentation and full & final settlement.

🤝 Employee Relations

Address grievances and manage disciplinary procedures in a fair and professional manner.

Drive employee engagement programs and foster a positive and productive work culture.

Support cross-functional departments with HR-related requirements.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

📌 Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Manager or HR Generalist roles.

📌 Strong command over HR operations, HRMS, compliance, and labor law regulations.

💬 Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

📍 Only candidates currently residing in Bhopal will be considered.
