This position is responsible for managing span of 750+ workforce across South Asia (India & SAARC Countries) , partnering closely with commercial business leaders to shape Strategic & Operational HR roadmap for the market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, and implementation of robust people centric programs for the site which is on fast-paced growth path. Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce. Collaborating closely with the Business leadership team and consulting , facilitation , coaching business leaders with regards to guidance/support on people topics. Liaising with Global COEs and providing active support to Business Leadership team, around recruitment, compensation planning, resource planning, performance management, L&D, rewards and recognitions, succession, and career planning, etc. Creatively apply strong business acumen with robust communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. Ability to drive a culture of Safety , Quality, Integrity and Compliance. Experience Level Senior Level
