HR Executive - People Services

Executive - People Services Department None Job Description Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, leave and attendance, employee letters, payroll-related inputs, contract-related activities, and exits/separations Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution within defined SLAs. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure transactions are completed correctly and on time. Coordinate with stakeholders such as Payroll, IT, Finance, Administration and other HR teams to ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle activities. Provide guidance on applicable HR policies and processes and support employees in navigating HR systems and self-service platforms. Maintain appropriate documentation and records to support compliance, data security and audit readiness . Track employee queries/cases, follow up on dependencies and escalate complex matters to the appropriate specialist teams for resolution. Monitor operational metrics, identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, standardization and automation that improve efficiency and employee experience.
