Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for office staff and factory workers.

Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and employee referrals.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads to conduct Interview.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation and Formalities.

Conduct employee induction Training and onboarding.

Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records and Payroll Process.

Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.

Review the HR Policy from time to time and implement policy changes.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

M.A in HRM /MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.

0-1 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
