Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions.
Post job openings on various job portals and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Coordinate with candidates for interview follow-ups.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Support manpower planning as per business requirements.
Explain HR policies to new employees during joining.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support performance appraisal coordination.
Maintain employee onboarding checklist.
Perform other tasks assigned by management as required.
