We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MBA (HR) qualified candidate to join our HR team as an HR Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews
2. Employee Onboarding & Exit
Manage joining formalities and documentation
Conduct induction sessions for new employees
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Track late coming, absenteeism, and working hours
Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing
4. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records and HR database
Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, performance tracking)
Draft HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, etc.)
5. Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and grievances
Support in maintaining a positive work environment
6. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to company HR policies
Assist in implementing HR SOPs and processes
Support audits and compliance documentation
7. Performance Management Support
Assist in performance tracking and review processes
Maintain KRA/KPI records
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Excel & HR software (preferred)
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
6 months to 1 year of HR experience (internship included)
