Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening the right candidates by using Job Portal Site, Databases, LinkedIn, and Job postings.

• Scanning of CVs according to the job specification and requirement.

• Sharing the Company Profile, Job Description with the candidates.

• Coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for the VC & F2F interviews.

• Following up with the selected candidates for Offer Acceptance, Resignation and ensuring their joining.
