Position: HR Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in handling Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) processes. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the HR operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting the overall HR functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances related to ESI and PF.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HR management or labor laws.

• Experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
