The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions at the Head Office of the construction company. The role includes recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, compliance, attendance management, and supporting site HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate manpower requirements with project and department heads
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for Head Office and site positions
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
Maintain employee personal files and HR records
HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records for HO and site staff
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions, and advances
Support PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory compliance in coordination with consultants
Handle employee queries related to salary, leaves, and HR policies
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to construction companies
Maintain statutory registers and employee records
Assist in audits, inspections, and documentation as required
Employee Relations
Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures
Maintain professional communication with employees and management
Assist in performance appraisal and confirmation processes
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with site HR/admin teams for manpower updates
Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, manpower status)
Support management with HR data and reports
Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent
2–5 years of HR experience (construction industry preferred)
Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Head Office (with coordination for project sites as required)
