Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our growing team. This role blends core HR responsibilities with day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and capable of managing both HR processes and essential office coordination tasks. Preferred: Male candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Manage on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring proper documentation and process compliance.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and other related documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.
Support office administration tasks such as procurement of supplies, vendor coordination, and travel or event arrangements.
Help organize internal meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of offer letters, relieving letters, and other HR documentation.
Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of relevant experience in HR with exposure to administrative coordination.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
