Human Resources Responsibilities:
• Handling employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
• Managing recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding formalities
• Maintaining employee records and HR files
• Assisting in employee engagement and internal communication activities
• Supporting payroll coordination and HR compliance-related work
• Handling employee queries and coordination with departments
Administration Responsibilities:
• Managing office administration activities and daily operations
• Coordinating with vendors, housekeeping, and office maintenance staff
• Maintaining office assets, stationery, and administrative records
• Handling courier, visitor management, and general office coordination
• Supporting management with documentation and operational tasks
Required Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage HR & admin functions independently
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication
• Professional attitude with confidentiality and discipline
• Ability to multitask and coordinate efficiently
Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline (HR/Admin background preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
