Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-IT positions
Source candidates through job portals, referrals & social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates till joining
Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities

Eligibility Criteria:

Any PUC \ Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Good verbal & written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
